3. Nastavenie a inštalácia

3.1 Mounting the Mirror Unit

1. Attach the mirror unit to your vehicle's existing rearview mirror using the provided rubber bands. Ensure it is securely fastened and does not obstruct your view.

The front camera is separate from the mirror unit, allowing for flexible placement. It is recommended to mount it on the front windshield to avoid interference with the mirror's field of view, especially in vehicles with automatic braking systems.

1. Choose a suitable location on your front windshield that does not obstruct the driver's view or interfere with vehicle sensors.

3.4 Pripojenie napájania

The AUTO-VOX X6 uses a direct wiring cord for power, connecting to your vehicle's fuse box. This ensures a clean installation without occupying the car's cigarette lighter port.

1. Connect the red wire (B+) to a constant power source in your fuse box.
2. Connect the yellow wire (ACC) to an accessory power source in your fuse box.
3. Connect the black wire (GND) to a metal part of the vehicle chassis for grounding.
4. Ensure all three power cable lines are connected for the device to power on correctly.

1. Insert a high-speed MicroSD card (Class 10 or higher, up to 128GB recommended) into the designated slot on the mirror unit.

4. Návod na obsluhu

4.1 Zapnutie/vypnutie

• The device will automatically power on and begin recording when the vehicle engine starts.

• To manually turn off the display while recording, press the power button. The device will continue recording in the background.

4.2 Obsluha dotykovej obrazovky

The AUTO-VOX X6 features a touch-sensitive display for easy navigation and settings adjustment.

4.3 Režimy zobrazenia

The device offers three main display modes:

1. Constant Recording Screen: Zobrazuje naživo view from the front or rear camera. To enable this, ensure "Driving Mode" is turned OFF in the settings. You can switch between front camera view, zadná kamera view, or a split-screen display showing both. Long-press the time display in the upper right corner to toggle the clock display on/off.
2. Režim jazdy: After a set period, the display automatically switches to a speed display. To enable this, ensure "Driving Mode" is turned ON in the settings.

4.4 Funkcie nahrávania

• Nahrávanie v slučke: The device continuously records, overwriting the oldest files, keď je pamäťová karta plná.

6. Riešenie problémov

Bežné problémy a riešenia:

• Zariadenie sa nezapne:
  Ensure all three power cable lines (red B+, yellow ACC, black GND) are correctly connected. The front camera must also be connected for the device to power on.
• "Low Profile" fuse type does not fit:
  If the included low-profile fuse type does not match your vehicle's fuse box (e.g., mini flat or flat type), please contact AUTO-VOX after-sales service for a compatible fuse.
• Rubber bands for mirror mounting are too short:
  If the included rubber bands are too short for your vehicle's rearview mirror, please contact AUTO-VOX after-sales service for compatible bands.
• Rear camera image is mirrored and cannot be adjusted:
  The rear camera image is intentionally mirrored by design for rearview display. This cannot be changed on the device. However, when playing back footage on the mirror unit or a PC, the rear camera image will be displayed correctly (non-mirrored).
• No parking monitoring function:
  If you connect both the red (constant power) and yellow (accessory power) lines to the vehicle's accessory power, the parking monitoring function will be unavailable. Ensure the red wire is connected to a constant power source for parking monitoring.
• Time discrepancy after startup (without parking monitoring):
  If both red and yellow power lines are connected to accessory power, there may be a time discrepancy until the GPS signal is received after the mirror unit starts.
• Recordings not saved before power off (without parking monitoring):
  If both red and yellow power lines are connected to accessory power, recordings made just before the mirror unit powers off may not be saved.
