4. Nastavenie

4.1. Inštalácia batérie

Ensure the radio is powered off before installing or removing the battery. Align the battery pack with the compartment on the back of the radio and slide it into place until it clicks securely. To remove, press the release latch and slide the battery out.

4.2. Pripojenie antény

Carefully screw the provided high-gain antenna onto the antenna connector at the top of the radio. Turn clockwise until it is finger-tight. Do not overtighten.

4.3. Nabíjanie batérie

The UV-17H supports two charging methods: direct USB-C charging and charging via the included desktop charger dock.

Priame nabíjanie cez USB-C: Connect the USB-C cable to the port on the battery pack and to a compatible USB power source (e.g., car charger, PC USB port, power bank). The charging indicator will illuminate.

5. Návod na obsluhu

5.1. Zapnutie/vypnutie a ovládanie hlasitosti

Ak chcete rádio zapnúť, otočte horný gombík v smere hodinových ručičiek. Ak chcete rádio vypnúť, otočte ho proti smeru hodinových ručičiek, kým nezacvakne. Hlasitosť upravte otáčaním toho istého gombíka.

5.2. Výber kanála a frekvenčný režim

Use the up/down arrow keys on the keypad to navigate through the 999 memory channels. The 1.77" color screen will display the selected frequency. You can switch between Channel Mode and Frequency Mode as needed for direct frequency input or channel recall.

5.3. Duálne sledovanie a duálny pohotovostný režim

The radio supports monitoring two different frequencies simultaneously. Refer to the on-screen menu for activating Dual Watch/Dual Standby mode to ensure you don't miss important transmissions on either frequency.

Activate VOX mode through the radio's menu to enable hands-free transmission. The radio will automatically transmit when it detects your voice, eliminating the need to press the PTT button.
