Enter your username and password, then click the ‘Log in’ (if you’re using BoyKeep for the first time, please register an account first).

Add Device By BT

1. Make sure that the BT of the phone is enabled and allow “boykeep” to access it.
2. Aplikácia automaticky vyhľadáva zariadenia v okolí.
3. Select a device, enter your home Wi-Fi network name and password correctly.
4. Wait patiently for 1 to 2 minutes until you hear “Network connection successful”. If you hear “Network connection failed”, please double-check your Wi-Fi network name and password to ensure they are correct.

FAQ

1. Pri pridávaní zariadenia sa na zariadení zobrazí výzva „Sieťové pripojenie zlyhalo“
   Make sure the entered Wi-Fi name and password are correct.
2. Zariadenie sa často zobrazuje offline
   Consider replacing the power adapter and positioning the device closer to the router. It is recommended to minimize obstructions such as solid walls, metal door frames, etc., between the two to ensure optimal network signal strength.
3. Pamäťová karta je vložená do zariadenia, ale nie je rozpoznaná
   Please note that the device supports a memory card up to 128GB. Format the memory card into FAT32 on your computer and then insert it into the device before powering it on.

Poznámky

1. If you need to change the camera’s Wi-Fi connection or encounter a connection failure, press the reset button and hold it until you hear “reset successfully”.
2. Please power off the device before inserting or removing the SD card to ensure proper recognition.
3. To enhance the success rate of scanning QR codes, ensure the lens is free of dust. Adjust your smartphone screen brightness to high, tap the QR code to enlarge it, and adjust the distance between the lens and screen (optimal distance: 4-12 inches).
4. Avoid using the device in extreme weather conditions, such as extremely high or low temperatures, direct strong sunlight, or heavy rain for extended periods. The recommended temperature range for the product and accessories is -10°C to 50°C.
