Ako odstránim akýkoľvek zaseknutý papier v tlačiarni?

Existuje päť možných podmienok zaseknutia papiera:

A) Stredný džem

Krok 1: Vytiahnite zásobník papiera, potom jemne vytiahnite zaseknutý papier a nainštalujte zásobník papiera.

Krok 2: Otvorte predný kryt, vytiahnite kazetu s laserovým tonerom pozdĺž vodiacej dráhy a jemne vytiahnite zaseknutý papier.

Krok 3: Po vybratí zaseknutého papiera znova nainštalujte kazetu s laserovým tonerom a zatvorte predný kryt. Tlačiareň obnoví tlač.

B) Zaseknutý papier vo fixačnej jednotke

Krok 1: Otvorte predný kryt a potom vyberte tonerovú kazetu s tonerom pozdĺž vodiacej lišty, potom otvorte zadný kryt a pomocou rúčok na oboch stranách vyberte dvierka zapekacej jednotky.

Krok 2: Opatrne vytiahnite zaseknutý papier, potom po odstránení zaseknutého papiera stratte zadný kryt, nainštalujte novú tonerovú kazetu a potom zatvorte predný kryt; potom tlačiareň automaticky obnoví tlač.

C) Zaseknutie duplexnej jednotky

Krok 1: Vyberte duplexnú tlačovú jednotku zo zadnej časti tlačiarne a potom odstráňte zaseknutý papier z duplexnej jednotky. Ak papier nevychádza spolu s duplexnou jednotkou, otvorte zásobník a odstráňte zaseknutý papier priamo zo spodnej časti.

D) Na štandardnom podávači sa zasekne papier

Krok 1: Otvorte zásobník, potom jemne vytiahnite zaseknutý papier. Po vytiahnutí zaseknutého papiera znova vložte zásobník papiera do tlačiarne a zatvorte predný kryt. Tlačiareň automaticky obnoví tlač.

E) Na zásobníku manuálneho podávania došlo k zaseknutiu papiera

Throw away the printer as it is worthless. I have a new one that made about 300 copies at most and the paper is already smudging. Paper jam you have to pray first not to set it on fire.
Joga fora a impressora pois não vale nada. Tenho uma nova que tirou umas 300 cópias no máximo e já tá borrando o papel. Atolamento de papel é preciso rezar primeiro para não colocar fogo nela.

Riešenie zaseknutia papiera:

Middle Jam: Pull the paper tray out and gently remove the paper. If needed, open the front cover and remove the toner cartridge to access and pull out the jammed sheet.

Fuser Unit Jam: Open the front cover, remove the toner cartridge, and then open the rear cover. Use the handles on both sides to open the fuser door and gently pull the paper out.

Feed Tray Jam: Open the tray and gently pull the jammed paper out, then reinstall the tray and close the front cover.

Resolving Smudging:
